Graphic Services offered:Kathy Martin, Art Director

  • Masthead development of a creative input summary and 3-4 different 4-color concepts for use within the BizActions email newsletter System.
  • Master Account Masthead 'template' design with changes in POC name, address, and/or picture only for unlimited individual POC's.
  • Design and development of standard, tower and button banners for use in BizActions email newsletter publications.
  • Logo development with multiple concept options offered for selection.  Delivered in multiple sizes, formats and resolutions.  Client retains copyright ownership of logo.
  • Business card, letterhead and envelope design with logo incorporated.
  • Print services available through our third-party partner saves you time and hassle.
  • Custom "Call Me Now" Button design and implementation.
  • Copywriting of announcements, web site copy, follow-up emails, collateral, white papers, etc.

Audio Services offered:Mike Braun

  • Testimonials: Either you or BizActions can conduct the interview.  If you would like us to, simply prepare the questions you would like your clients to answer and we'll schedule a recording session directly with them or on a conference call over our audio bridge with you on the line.  We'll edit the recording to ensure quality in both the content and the sound and deliver it to you in multiple formats for ease of use in your various distribution channels.
  • Podcasts: Have a story to tell?  Information to impart?  Record it once and distribute it quickly and easily as often as it is requested.  Link to your audio on your Web site, Facebook, Twitter or more.  Present yourself as the expert on your niche specialty and watch your reputation grow.
  • Presentations: Spice up your PowerPoint presentations with custom audio.  When you do, you suddenly have a vehicle that can becomes a self-contained marketing dynamo.  Put your presentation on your Web site.  Mail it directly to prospects on DVD.  This is truly the most efficient and cost-effective use of your time.

Video Services offered:

  • REMOTE package: Our design team will discuss your project in detail to determine an appropriate production image, shooting location and schedule, as well as assist you and your staff in the creation and editing of both the narration and artwork to be included in the production.  Upon script approval, our videographer will come to your location and videotape your representative(s).
  • STUDIO package: Not comfortable with seeing yourself or doing your own narration.  We can help.  Our professional on-screen/narration talent will do it for you in our studio in front of a green screen, so the background can be appropriately tailored to your needs.
  • Transfer/Editing/Encoding: Our staff will transfer your video or the digital video we shot to our linear video editing system; add titles, graphics, images, stock video, and music to create an audio/video production that will meet your goals.  We will present a draft copy for your review and approval.  Upon approval, we will encode your production for mass replication into a CD-ROM or DVD format or streaming distribution over the Internet via your Web site, our servers or other third-party providers.
  • Duplication/Replication Services: CD/DVD copies available through our third-party provider saves you time and hassle.  Combine our graphic department's design work to ensure a consistent, uniform presentation matching your other marketing materials.
