Law Firm Newsletter Reports
One of the greatest advantages of using an Email Newsletter is getting reports telling you who read which articles, so you know which of your services they are currently interested in learning more about. One of the greatest advantages of BizActions FREE Dashboard is having that information available on your desktop AND being able to act on the reported information immediately.
BizActions takes Email Newsletters a step beyond the ordinary static delivery method. We include Email Radar, a dynamic marketing tool that allows you to data mine member and prospect information from your Email Newsletter reports and then quickly and easily respond with unique messaging to select groups based on criteria you determine. Law Firms have the need to present their services to different demographics and target markets for a wide variety of reasons. BizActions allows you to easily manage all of them uniquely from a single account. Using BizActions, the Administrator of a Master Account can control some of the articles within each newsletter and allocate other articles areas in the template for use by each sub-account within the Master account, whether that be branch locations, different departments, or select attorneys. Each sub-account within a Master account can have their own Masthead, links to their own Web site, welcome letters, disclaimers and custom content.   Dashboard Masthead. The drop down allows you to access any of your accounts. It also reflects the masthead of the newsletter account you are accessing for easy identification.
Under Reminders, you can see all Contact Notes you have made in the system with your comments, required action, date and more. As an example, perhaps you were alerted when "Barry C" read an article and you called him. He asked you to call back on January 11th. Since every line of data in the dashboard is a hyperlink, clicking on the "Phone Call" line would* open the URL to that data in a separate window for editing or further action.
Members by POC (Point of Contact) tells you who an email contact has been assigned to or what group they've been assigned to. Remember you can click through for details. Member Clicks gives you access to detailed information on each segment shown (as an example) complete with names of all members that clicked on a particular article.
Sponsor Content Clicks shows you which articles (YOU wrote) are drawing the most interest. Content Clicks shows you which BizActions produced niche articles have garnered the most attention. Just click through from the Dashboard and you immediately have access to a wealth of useful information that can be filtered even further.
